Delivery Information
UK
If you are a UK customer you may select one of the following two delivery methods:

Standard Delivery - Free
We offer free delivery on all of our products for orders within the UK. Items are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class post and are usually dispatched within 24 hours.

Special Delivery - cost £4.75.
For those that would like to guarantee their order will be received the next day we offer delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Providing the order is placed before 2.30pm your order will be delivered between 8am-5.30pm on the next working day (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days). Orders placed after 2pm will be received within 2 working days.

Rest of the World
If you are a customer outside the UK then there is a standard delivery charge of £5 on every order (GBP).

Returns Policy
If you wish to return your goods please use the address below. For your protection, we recommend that you get a certificate of posting, available free from the Post Office, which will enable you to claim should the goods be lost or delayed in the post. Rockstar Clothing will not accept responsibility for any goods until we receive them. Goods must be returned within 14 days of dispatch.

Privacy Policy
Rockstar Clothing is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you only to process orders and create a one to one shopping experience. We do not share the information you provide us with any outside company or third party.

Use of information:
We collect information in several ways.

1. When you place an order, we receive your name, e-mail address, and mailing address and product details. We DO NOT receive your credit card details. Our payment gateway "Protx" processes these on our behalf.
2. When you enter our competitions, we ask for your name, address and e-mail address to administer the competitions and notify all winners.
3. We may use the information we collect to occasionally notify you of changes to the website, the latest Rockstar Clothing services and special offers we think you will find valuable.
4. We do not sell, trade or hire out your personal information to others.
